Alex has a wealth of experience from working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure.

Alex has a passion in the diagnosis of a wide range of building problems, and is especially skilled in the assessment and investigation of water penetration and concrete deterioration.

Alex’s technical expertise is particularly evident in the remedial works he has been involved with; where he has acted as Superintendent to a collective value of over $23 million.

Within these projects, Alex employed a wide range of investigative techniques, such as ground penetration radar (GPR) scanning and half-cell potential mapping to accurately scope the works required.

Alex is a Registered Professional Engineer and Design Practitioner, qualified in Civil, Structural, Drainage, and Facade under the NSW DBP Act.

Rob has a diverse background in facade and remedial engineering, having led teams that collaborate with developers, builders, architects and other project consultants.

Proficient in regulatory compliance, Rob has been involved with various audits and orders under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act.

As a Superintendent, Rob has successfully managed multiple remedial projects in the residential sector, collectively valued in excess of $13 million.

His technical expertise also includes glass and aluminium design, drafting, as well as the preparation of weatherproofing Performance Solution reports.

Rob is a Registered Professional Engineer and Design Practitioner qualified in Civil, Structural, Drainage, and Facade under the NSW DBP Act.
